Full Terms and Conditions
The Promotion is offered by Games Global and its authorised distributors (collectively, “Games Global”) and is open to all Games Global operators (“Network Operators”) to offer to their Players. The Total Expected Prize Pool is shared across the Network Operators who opt-in to the Promotion.
Promotion Mechanics – Leaderboard Tournaments

A Player needs to opt-in to the Promotion via the in-game pop-up or from the “Join Now” button found in the Tournaments category in the in-game 777 icon.

After placing a Qualifying Bet, a Player must play a Qualifying Spin (see Appendix for definitions) to be eligible to win a cash prize during the Promotion. A bet placed with bonus money or in-game promotional free spins will be classed as a Qualifying Bet.

A Player will be awarded points for achieving the Win Criteria. For example, if a Player places a €10 bet and wins €2,500 with one Qualifying Spin, the calculation of points is: €2,500 (winnings) divided by €10 (bet) multiplied by 1,000 (points multiplier) equals 250,000 points awarded to the Player.

The higher the total value of the points received by a Player with one Qualifying Spin, the higher the Player’s score.

The leaderboard is ranked by a Player’s score. The score is based on the highest points reached each time the Player achieves the Win Criteria during the tournament, replacing the previous score with the new score (if higher).

Prizes will be distributed to winners according to their position in the leaderboard when the weekly tournament ends, in descending order from highest to lowest position, depending on a Player’s total score at the end of the weekly tournament.

If 2 or more Players finish the tournament at the same position on the leaderboard, the Player who has achieved the score first will receive the higher prize.
Claim Prize Method Mechanics

If the Network Operator has completed Auto—Claim Prize or Auto—Orphan/Zero integrations, it will be utilising the Claim Prize Method.

Upon tournament conclusion, winning Players will receive an in-game pop-up notification informing them of their prize and prompting them to click “Claim”. This notification is displayed immediately if the Player is actively engaged in a Games Global game when the tournament ends.

If the winning Player is not playing a Games Global game when the tournament ends, the notification will appear the next time they launch a Games Global game, provided this occurs before the 7-day Expiration Period ends.

Once the prize is claimed, following the Player’s next spin or page reload, the Player’s wallet will be updated with their cash prize.

If a Player does not claim their prize from the in-game pop-up notification, they can still claim their prize from the Tournament category found in the in-game 777 icon.

Immediate Payout Method Mechanics

If the Network Operator has completed Auto–Admin Event integration to fully support automatic payouts, and Manual–Queue Manager integration to fully support manual payouts, it will be utilising the Immediate Payout method.

If the winning Player is not playing a Games Global game at that time, the notification will display the next time they launch a Games Global game. The Player will not need to take any action.

If the Network Operator supports Auto–Admin Event, following the Player’s next spin or page reload, the Player’s wallet will be updated with their cash prize.

If the Network Operator supports manual payouts, the prize(s) will be logged in Games Global’s back office (Ecosystem) and will require the Network Operator to manually credit the Players.

The Network Operator of the winning Player must manually credit the Player within 5 working days.
General Rules of the Promotion

Opt-in is required once per promotional week. If a Network Operator joins midway through a week, eligible players will receive the opt-in pop-up notification upon the Promotion becoming available to them.

It is the responsibility of the Network Operator to ensure that the Promotion is conducted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Promotion is offered to Players.

The payment of cash prizes must not be conditioned on any wagering requirements. Players shall be able to withdraw prizes immediately should they elect to do so.

There will be no re-allocations made for the prizes. If awarding a prize is not possible, Games Global reserves the right to close the promotion and cancel the prizes.

Prizes and wins may be subject to any verification processes as may be required by Games Global.

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, Games Global reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude a Player from participating in the Promotion or to refuse to award a prize to a Player.

If these Terms and Conditions have been translated into different languages, they reflect the same principles. However, in case of any discrepancies between the other language versions, the English version shall prevail.

Games Global reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion, and/or these Terms and Conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect players who have opted in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behaviour.
