Full Terms and Conditions 
The Promotion is offered by Games Global and its authorised distributors (collectively, “Games Global”) and is open to all Games Global operators (“Network Operators”) to offer to their Players. The Total Expected Prize Pool is shared across the Network Operators who opt-in to the Promotion. 
Promotion Mechanics – Prize Drops 
A Player must opt-in to the Promotion by selecting the “Join Now” button from the pop-up notification or via the Prize Drop category within the in-game 777 icon. 
After opting in, a Player must place a Qualifying Bet and complete a Qualifying Spin (as defined in the Appendix) on an Eligible Game during the Promotion Period to be eligible to receive a Prize Drop. Bets placed using bonus funds or in-game promotional free spins shall be considered Qualifying Bets. 
Prize Drops shall be awarded randomly to eligible and active Players located in the specified participating markets throughout the Promotion Period. 
Prize Drops shall only be awarded on Eligible Games. 
Winning Players will receive an in-game pop-up notification confirming their prize. 
Participation in the Prize Drops mechanic does not automatically confer participation in the Leaderboard Tournament mechanic unless the Player independently satisfies the requirements of that mechanic. 

Promotion Mechanics – Leaderboard Tournaments 
A Player needs to opt-in to the Promotion via the in-game pop-up or from the “Join Now” button found in the Tournaments category in the in-game 777 icon. 
After opting in, a Player must place a Qualifying Bet and complete a Qualifying Spin (as defined in the Appendix) on an Eligible Game during the tournament period to be eligible to earn points. Bets placed using bonus funds or in-game promotional free spins shall be considered Qualifying Bets. 
A Player will be awarded points for achieving the Win Criteria. Points shall be calculated as follows: winnings divided by the bet amount, multiplied by the designated points multiplier. For example, if a Player places a €10 bet and wins €2,500 with one Qualifying Spin, the calculation of points is €2,500 divided by €10 multiplied by 1,000, resulting in 250,000 points. 
The higher the number of points achieved from a single Qualifying Spin meeting the Win Criteria, the higher the Player’s score. 
The leaderboard is ranked in descending order based on each Player’s highest points total achieved from a single Qualifying Spin during the tournament period. If a Player subsequently achieves a higher score, the previous score shall be replaced. 
If two or more Players achieve the same score, the Player who achieved the score first shall rank higher. 
Prizes will be distributed to winning Players in descending order based on their final leaderboard position at the conclusion of the tournament. 


Participation in the Leaderboard Tournament mechanic does not automatically confer participation in the Prize Drops mechanic unless the Player independently satisfies the requirements of that mechanic. 

Claim Prize Method Mechanics 
If the Network Operator has completed Auto-Claim Prize or Auto-Orphan/Zero integrations, the Claim Prize Method shall apply. 
If a Prize Drop is awarded or a Player finishes in a prize-winning position in a Leaderboard Tournament, the Player will receive an in-game pop-up notification informing them of their prize and prompting them to click “Claim.” 
If the Player is actively engaged in a Games Global game at the time of award or tournament conclusion, the notification will appear immediately. If the Player is not actively engaged at that time, the notification will appear the next time the Player launches a Games Global game, provided this occurs before the applicable Expiration Period ends. 
Once the Player selects “Claim,” the Player’s wallet will be updated with the cash prize following the next spin or page reload. 
If a Player does not claim the prize from the initial pop-up notification, the prize may still be claimed from the relevant Prize Drop or Tournament category within the in-game 777 icon. 
Players must claim any prize awarded within seven (7) days of the date on which the prize is awarded. Any prize not claimed within this period shall be deemed forfeited and shall no longer be claimable. 

Immediate Payout Method Mechanics 
If the Network Operator has completed Auto-Admin Event & Offline Tokens integration, which fully supports automatic payouts, the Network Operator will be utilizing the Immediate Payout Method. 
If the Network Operator does not support any automatic payout methods and is tested to support pending transactions in our back office (Manual payout via Queue Manager), the Network Operator will be utilizing Immediate Payout Method. 
If a Prize Drop is awarded or a Player finishes in a prize-winning position in a Leaderboard Tournament, the Player will receive an in-game pop-up notification informing them of their prize. The Player will not be required to take any action. 
Where Auto-Admin Event & Offline Tokens is supported, the Player’s wallet will be updated automatically following the next spin or page reload. 
Where Manual payout via Queue Manager applies, the prize(s) will be logged in Games Global’s back-office system (Ecosystem), and the Network Operator will be responsible for manually crediting the Player. 
The Network Operator of the winning Player must manually credit the Player within five (5) working days of prize confirmation. 

General Rules of the Promotion 
Opt-in is required once per promotional week. If a Network Operator joins midway through a week, eligible players will receive the opt-in pop-up notification upon the Promotion becoming available to them. 
It is the responsibility of the Network Operator to ensure that the Promotion is conducted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Promotion is offered to Players. 
The payment of cash prizes must not be conditioned on any wagering requirements. Players shall be able to withdraw prizes immediately should they elect to do so. 


Games Global and the Network Operator shall comply with their obligations under any applicable data protection legislation, including but not limited to, the Data Protection Act 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation) and all applicable laws and regulations relating to the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of personal data to which a party is subject. 
There will be no re-allocations made for the prizes. If awarding a prize is not possible, Games Global reserves the right to close the promotion and cancel the prizes. 
Prizes and wins may be subject to any verification processes as may be required by Games Global. 
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, Games Global reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude a Player from participating in the Promotion or to refuse to award a prize to a Player. 
If these Terms and Conditions have been translated into different languages, they reflect the same principles. However, in case of any discrepancies between the other language versions, the English version shall prevail. 
Games Global reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion, and/or these Terms and Conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect players who have opted in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behaviour. 
The decision of Games Global regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 
These Terms and Conditions are between Games Global and the Network Operators only. Network Operators must not reference ‘Games Global’ in their own campaign and terms and conditions relating to the Promotion in any manner whatsoever, without Games Global’s prior written approval. 
By opting in to this Promotion, the Network Operators understand and accept these Terms and Conditions, and Games Global accepts no liability of any kind, howsoever caused, arising from any activities of a Network Operator in connection with this Promotion. 
The availability of this Promotion should not be construed as an offer or invitation to use the Promotion in any country or jurisdiction where such use is not permitted. 
It is the Network Operators’ responsibility at all times to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and licensing conditions, where this Promotion is made available to Players. 
Games Global accepts no liability of any kind, howsoever caused, arising from any activities of a Network Operator or any Player in connection with this Promotion. Games Global is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any Player entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting any prize.
